that's what i am often told to do. just sit and do nothing, switch off my brain and relax. I find it very difficult to do so , though
You'll love Walden by Thoreau if thats what you want to do - just sit on a rock and do nothing :)
what kinda mind we humans have!! Whenever we dont have any work, we keep on searching for some or the other work, like we beg for some work and after sufficient time gap (working time gap) again we ask for some relaxation!!! nobody can solve this mind puzzle....
Sigh!
I wish I could do that too! :)
